Listing and evaluating your unwanted items

You can either download our inventory forms and list all of the unused and unwanted items you wish to sell, or alternatively email your list to

For consumables, we simply need to know:

    • Manufacturer (e.g. HP, Canon, Ricoh, etc.)
    • Product code (e.g. CE251A/504A)
    • Box condition (e.g. A grade unmarked, damaged box, etc.)
    • Quantity
    • Expiry date (if applicable)

For hardware, please supply the following details:

    • Manufacturer (e.g. HP, Canon, Ricoh, etc)
    • Model (e.g. CP3525n)
    • Serial Number (Optional)
    • Meter reading – mono
    • Meter reading – colour
    • Any optional remarks

On receiving your inventory, we will advise what can be offered for your assets.

On acceptance of our offer, collection of your unwanted items will be arranged at a time that is convenient to you.

  • We can collect throughout the UK and Europe, regardless of the volume, frequency of collections required or the number of locations involved.
  • We will work alongside any other suppliers involved in your project to ensure everything runs smoothly and to minimise disruption to your business operations.

Arranging prompt and reliable payment

Once your items have been received and processed, payment will be arranged within agreed terms and through your preferred method.
